The week was superbly planned and catered exactly for the group’s needs, allowing many members of the Flight to experience activities that they have never been exposed to before. This was the aim of the training, and to do so in a safe and controlled environment, which you always maintained. The standard, manner and delivery of instruction were exemplary throughout the week, and greatly aided in the personal development, enjoyment and sense of achievement of all that were involved.

Sgt. Lashbrook was extremely impressed and nothing proved too much trouble, with every eventuality and detail covered, leading to a memorable experience and a much needed rest bite for the Gunners of B Flight. I recently spent a lovely 7 days in the company of Stuart Parry and Paul Banks (Occy) from Era Adventures. It was a special time! Not only did I relish their un-wavering wit and dynamic energy every morning, there was the small matter attaining my ISA Level 1 Surf Coach Award combined with the RLSS Beach Lifeguard Award. The two courses were presented in a very professional and thorough manner, in a relaxed and friendly environment. Overall a great experience and one I can only recommend in the highest order. Well done guys - top drawer.

Martin taught my seven year daughter Gisele to ride her bike and gave her all the skills she needed to get the most out of riding. He has tremendous energy and enthusiasm. He gave Gisele so much confidence in what she could achieve. He could relate to her on her level, never talking down to her. And with Martin, it was always fun; it didnt seem like learning. But safety and practical skills were always reinforced, so she became not only a rider, but conscious and respectful of the environment around her and the mechanics of her bike. Martin has great physical ability, and he has the personal skills to help others reach their full potential. You always feel safe with him. He's just a great teacher!

Quintain Explorer Scout Group would like to thank everyone at ERA for a fabulous day out coasteering. I don't think any of the other activity centres could have catered so well for such a large group and kept it exciting for everyone. We felt we were in very safe hands and our leaders were reassured by all the risk assessments that had been done. We were also very impressed that you could collect us and drop us off afterwards. You couldn't have been more helpful - brilliant!

I wanted to thank you and say what an absolutely fantastic time we all had Coasteering with Era Adventures. I have been involved in organising and running adventurous activities for my Scout group and for the armed forces for many years now. The fun that we had was testimony to the professionalism of the staff, I have never felt so relaxed and safe for myself and the young people in my charge.  We will definitely want to come back next year!

My colleague and I recently attended a Heart Start First Aid Training Course, run by Stu, from Era Adventures. The course was comprehensive and informative, covering a range of learning styles and teaching methods. Set at a good pace, Stu made us feel relaxed and at ease, especially during the more stressful moments of delivering a micro teach to each other!

Stu is knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had regarding our own delivery, offering us valuable and thoughtful feedback. Stu provided us with all the resources and contacts we need for the delivery for our own project, offering support and encouragement and building our confidence. All in all, a good fun and informative day.
